Job description
Role Overview
This position focuses on automating routine HR reporting and enhancing the efficiency and quality of HR service delivery through strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously identify practical opportunities to automate routine report generation and improve the speed and quality of HR services.
- Regularly engage with project and corporate stakeholders to comprehend business needs, coordinate HR services, resolve issues, and deliver workforce insights.
- Collaborate actively with Senior HR management, project directors, talent acquisition, HR operations, government relations, payroll, learning & development, compensation & benefits, HR systems, finance, legal, IT, and other corporate teams.
- Maintain professional interactions with external parties such as recruitment and manpower agencies, training and HR service providers, HR technology vendors, and government bodies in alignment with government relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Holding a professional HR certification is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
Experience and Skills
- Between 4 and 6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in sectors like construction, contracting, engineering, infrastructure, or similar large-scale project environments.
- Hands-on experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, HR operations, talent management, or related areas.
- Preferably experienced supporting multiple projects, sites, business units, or dispersed operations.
- Proven expertise in HR reporting, workforce analytics, monitoring KPIs/KRIs, developing dashboards, and management reporting.
- Ability to independently craft professional PowerPoint presentations and HR dashboards from start to finish, including data analysis, charting, visualization, layout, executive storytelling, and delivering actionable insights.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, capable of producing high-caliber executive presentations, scorecards, dashboards, and data visualizations without external design help.
- Solid understanding of Saudi labor laws, HR policies, procedures, and service delivery best practices.
