About the Role
A prominent investment firm is introducing a new Human Resources Business Partner position dedicated to collaborating closely with the CFO and CTO. This key role involves managing various HR functions and supporting strategic organizational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Technology Officer.
- Handle critical HR functions including managing compensation frameworks, conducting performance evaluations, addressing employee relations, and facilitating employee growth and development programs.
- Engage extensively with multiple business units to ensure HR alignment and support across the company.
- Lead and contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving workflows and HR processes.
- Oversee talent acquisition steps such as research, recruitment, onboarding, and operational HR activities.
