Role Overview
This Human Resources Business Partner position is centered on shaping and running HR processes and programs that advance business objectives. You will work closely with leadership to align people strategy with organizational needs, supporting areas such as hiring, performance, employee relations, and organizational development.
What You Will Do
- Work alongside business leaders to connect HR priorities with day-to-day operations.
- Help teams respond proactively to changing external and internal conditions.
- Offer support on HR policy interpretation, job architecture, and compensation matters.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and programs for assigned client groups.
- Carry out exit conversations and review patterns behind employee departures.
- Assist with HR reporting, data reviews, and program evaluation.
- Support clear communication and help resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Advise on staffing structure and organizational design decisions.
- Contribute to or lead change management efforts.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans and workforce forecasting.
- Support immigration and work authorization processes when needed.
- Identify employee relations concerns early and help address them.
- Guide managers on policy questions and employee-related concerns.
- Help implement initiatives for employee growth and leadership development.
- Coach leaders on talent capability building and competency development.
- Deliver training and help coordinate leadership development programs.
- Support communication around compensation and benefits.
- Assist in building recognition programs and related systems.
- Maintain accurate headcount and position records.
- Take part in HR projects and committee work.
Requirements
- Practical understanding of employment law.

- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
