Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Bangalore to champion HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. The role demands collaboration with business unit leaders to boost employee engagement and organizational efficiency, particularly within the ITES sector, involving rotational day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business leaders to evaluate HR requirements and develop aligned strategies supporting business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance evaluation, and organizational growth initiatives.
• Execute HR policies and initiatives in line with company culture and legal compliance.
• Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment and onboarding efforts.
• Utilize HR data analytics to detect trends and propose improvements.
• Facilitate employee engagement programs and coordinate training and development activities.
• Address and resolve employee grievances professionally and promptly.
• Work jointly with compensation, benefits, and other HR teams for a unified employee management approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or closely related field.
• At least five years of experience as an HRBP or equivalent role, preferably in the ITES industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated aptitude for handling confidential matters discreetly.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness and availability to work rotational shifts including day and night.
