Key Responsibilities
- Oversee vital HR operations such as benefits management and record maintenance.
- Lead recruitment processes specifically for the warehouse operations team, from posting jobs to onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with warehouse leaders to attract and hire skilled candidates to meet business goals.
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment by resolving employee issues and promoting engagement activities.
- Serve as a reliable advisor to both employees and managers, facilitating effective workplace conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable U.S. labor laws and employment standards.
- Continuously update and implement HR policies in line with compliance requirements.
- Guide employees in their career growth and professional development.
- Manage general office functions, including supplies procurement, facility management, and event planning.
- Keep employee records current and ensure thorough documentation for HR processes.
- Enhance company culture through engagement programs, recognition events, and team-building initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and office management tools.
- Capable of working independently and handling sensitive information confidentially.
- Mandarin language proficiency is required.
