Job description
Role Overview
DAMAC Group seeks an experienced Manager for the newly established HR Business Partner role to support its Projects division, collaborating with senior leaders managing a workforce nearing 700 staff members. This position offers both strategic and operational HR support across multiple domains including Project Management, MEP Design and Execution, Contract Administration, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business leaders on all aspects of human resources and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Assist in workforce planning, organizational structure design, talent management, and initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
- Oversee performance management processes, resolve employee relations matters, and drive organizational change efforts.
- Ensure strict observance of UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
- Work in conjunction with HR Centres of Excellence to facilitate recruitment, training, compensation, and talent development programs.
- Deliver human resources insights and strategic recommendations to advance business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Bring over ten years of HR experience, with substantial time spent as an HR Business Partner.
- Demonstrate proficient stakeholder management skills and experience supporting large teams with more than 500 employees.
- Hold relevant work experience in the UAE within property development, construction, engineering, or similar project-driven organizations.
- Experience collaborating with MEP Design, MEP Execution, Contract Administration, or Compliance functions is desirable.
- Arabic language proficiency is considered beneficial.
