Job description
Job overview
As a Human Resources associate, you will partner with store leadership to support core people processes such as recruiting, hiring, staffing, training and development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance management. The role focuses on spotting HR-related issues, analyzing them, and helping put Walmart’s HR programs and initiatives into action.
Location
This position is based at Walmart Supercenter #3909, TBD, St Augustine, FL 32092, US.
Working hours and shifts
This is a full-time, onsite role with opening and morning shifts available.
Compensation
In addition to base pay, the role may qualify for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also apply in certain situations, depending on schedule, facility, season, or the work performed. More than one premium may be payable if multiple conditions are met.
