Role overview
This position supports Walmart’s Auto Care Center, where the focus is on serving customers who bring their vehicles in while they shop. The role is part of a setting that emphasizes customer service, technical growth, business development, and the use of modern tools and technology.
Compensation
The pay range for this job is $17 to $30 per hour. The starting hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage required at the work location. In addition, associates may qualify for annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed, premium pay may also be available. These premiums can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, and more than one premium may apply when the conditions are met.
