Position Overview

The Human Resources Associate plays a key role in supporting leadership with various HR functions including recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance management. This position involves analyzing HR-related issues and providing guidance on the implementation of company HR programs and initiatives.

Compensation Details

  • The hourly wage ranges from $19 to $32, ensuring compliance with or exceeding minimum wage requirements for the Monroe, LA area.
  • Additional earnings may include annual or quarterly performance-based incentives.
  • Specific premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour can be paid depending on schedule, facility, season, or particular duties performed, with the possibility of multiple premiums being combined.

Work Schedule and Location

This full-time role offers shifts primarily during opening and morning hours at Neighborhood Market #2919 located at 4430 Desiard Street, Monroe, LA 71203, United States.
