Job Overview

The Human Resources Associate supports leadership in various HR functions including recruitment, hiring, staffing, employee development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance management. They analyze HR-related concerns and assist in implementing company programs and initiatives.

Compensation Details

Hourly wage ranges between 19 and 32 dollars per hour, matching or exceeding local minimum wage requirements.
Additional compensation in the form of annual or quarterly performance incentives is provided.
Premium pay may be awarded ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on shift schedules, facility, season, or specific duties, with the possibility of multiple premiums applicable simultaneously.

Available shifts include Opening and Morning.
