About the Role

This role is focused on delivering thorough administrative and operational assistance across key HR areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, record keeping, compliance, and internal communications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing applications, and organizing interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring stages.
- Draft offer letters, contracts, and onboarding paperwork.
- Keep recruitment documentation and applicant tracking systems updated.
- Manage new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Ensure complete and accurate employee files and handle HR queries from staff.
- Maintain updated and compliant employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in monitoring HR policies and legal compliance.
- Help prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Administer employee policies, handbooks, and workplace procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
- Assist with administering performance reviews and employee growth initiatives.
- Manage internal communications related to HR announcements.
- Build and nurture positive relationships across departments.
- Handle HR correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare HR presentations and documents, maintaining confidentiality of personnel records.
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR Manager and senior leadership as needed.
Qualifications
- Completion of high school diploma, with preference given to those holding Associate's or Bachelor's degrees.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
