Role Summary
The Human Resources Administrator works remotely full-time to support HR operations at GPT. Core responsibilities encompass maintaining accurate employee records, updating HRIS databases, preparing various HR documentation, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding procedures. The role also includes managing benefits administration, monitoring leave and attendance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions. Collaboration with managers and teams to handle HR enquiries, coordinate communications, and contribute to projects that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency is essential. Confidentiality, precision, and service-oriented communication are vital within this dynamic international environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Reliable computer access with stable internet and uninterrupted electricity.
- Sound foundational understanding of Human Resources principles and daily HR administrative functions.
- Experience managing Benefits Administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and handling employee benefits inquiries.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and proficiency in digital data entry, reporting, and record management tools.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law with ability to support compliance across various regional jurisdictions.
- Strong organizational capabilities, focused attention to detail, and the aptitude to handle confidential data discreetly.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with effectiveness in working within remote and distributed teams.
- Prior experience in HR administration or coordination roles, preferably in fintech, payments, or other international fast-growth sectors.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
