Heureux IT is seeking a motivated HR Executive focused primarily on recruitment. This role transcends routine administrative HR tasks like attendance management, centering instead on swiftly acquiring new talent to support our expanding 16-person digital marketing agency working with AI and SaaS clients in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, efficiently sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain ownership of the hiring pipeline and proactively communicate updates and challenges.
- Collaborate directly with senior management to align hiring strategies with company growth objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions, ideally in marketing or technology fields.
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates quickly and effectively.
- Strong self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
- Motivated to contribute to and grow with an evolving company rather than performing routine tasks.
Work Environment and Location
