Human Resource Business Partner (Recruitment)

Role Overview

Koufu Group is hiring a Human Resource Business Partner focused on recruitment. This position is based in Singapore and is a full-time, on-site role centered on end-to-end hiring support, talent attraction, and recruitment marketing.

Recruitment and Selection

• Own the hiring cycle from initial screening and interviews through salary discussions, offer closure, and coordination of onboarding.
• Partner with department leaders and internal stakeholders to define, refine, and document job descriptions, role requirements, and specifications.
• Work toward monthly hiring targets and ensure recruitment activity stays aligned with staffing needs.
• Build and maintain sourcing channels to reach potential candidates through multiple avenues.
• Review candidate profiles and shortlist applicants who match open positions.
• Promote vacancies through social media, newspapers, and job search portals.
• Search candidate databases on job portals to identify and approach suitable talent.
• Coordinate with government bodies for both in-person and virtual career fairs.
• Take part in recruitment events, job fairs, and other hiring initiatives.
• Assess how well each recruitment channel performs and use that insight to improve sourcing strategy.
• Develop and execute talent pipeline plans using research, referrals, events, and sourcing campaigns.
• Handle other duties assigned by supervisors as needed.

Employer Branding

• Plan and carry out employer branding efforts that help attract strong candidates.
• Maintain the company career portal and support recruitment marketing across social media channels.
