  • Carry out risk assessments and suggest preventive and corrective actions to reduce workplace hazards.
  • Observe day-to-day work to confirm that safety rules and procedures are being followed.
  • Detect and intervene when unsafe behaviour, conditions, or methods could endanger people or assets.
  • Supervise safety controls for construction work, repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
  • Act quickly during incidents, accidents, and emergencies, and help implement measures that reduce risk.
  • Support investigations into incidents to determine root causes and recommend follow-up actions.
  • Help manage workers’ compensation matters and injury-related claims.
  • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety training refreshers.
  • Prepare safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports as required.
  • Keep detailed records of incidents, inspections, audits, and corrective actions taken.

  • Strong understanding of UAE health and safety laws, regulations, and accepted industry practices.
  • Good knowledge of hazardous substances, risk assessment methods, and safe working procedures.
  • Experience analysing data, preparing incident reports, and tracking safety performance.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound judgement.
  • Proven capability in safety oversight, people coordination, and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a similar field.
