Position Overview
The HRIS Officer role based in Riyadh focuses on supporting the Management Information Systems (MIS) within the Human Resources department. This role liaises with various internal divisions to extract, analyze, and compile MIS reports as required by senior management and other departments, aiming to enhance data collection processes and reporting efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in extracting and submitting MIS reports following the specifications provided by senior leadership and department heads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary information for generating accurate MIS outputs.
- Contribute to process improvements relating to MIS systems to streamline data gathering and reporting procedures.
- Collect and analyze data promptly to provide requested information with precision.
- Support periodic risk assessments associated with MIS reporting procedures.
- Help provide data utilized in designing departmental incentive programs derived from MIS insights.
- Communicate details about MIS service level agreements to all relevant internal stakeholders.
- Generate regular dashboards and reports for dissemination among wider teams and top management.
- Coordinate closely with the system support team to implement system enhancements and developments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration is required.
- Approximately 2 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year spent in a directly relevant position.
