Role Overview

Key Duties

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Human Resources and HR Management to effectively support operational and strategic HR needs.
• Knowledgeable in HR policies and personnel management to help administer guidelines and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with managing employee benefits and addressing benefits-related inquiries.
• Holds a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities, pays close attention to detail, and manages sensitive information confidentially.
• Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and German labor laws is advantageous.
• Capable of working productively in a multicultural setting and coordinating with geographically dispersed teams.
