Role Overview
The HR Specialist position at Chem Galaxy for Chemical Industries is a part-time role located in Berlin, Germany, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing for some remote tasks. This role supports the daily human resource functions, including implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and handling personnel documentation.
Key Duties
- Assist with new employee onboardings and support employee benefits administration.
- Contribute to performance management and personnel management activities.
- Collaborate with managers and teams to ensure adherence to company HR standards and compliance.
- Support employee engagement projects and provide overall HR assistance as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Human Resources and HR Management to effectively support operational and strategic HR needs.
- Knowledgeable in HR policies and personnel management to help administer guidelines and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience with managing employee benefits and addressing benefits-related inquiries.
- Holds a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities, pays close attention to detail, and manages sensitive information confidentially.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and German labor laws is advantageous.
- Capable of working productively in a multicultural setting and coordinating with geographically dispersed teams.
