Role overview

What you will do
- Handle routine HR activities and keep employee information accurate and up to date.
- Assist with hiring activities, including recruitment support and onboarding coordination.
- Help organize performance management and employee development efforts.
- Review, update, and apply HR policies and internal procedures as needed.
- Support employee benefits administration and respond to related questions.
- Ensure HR practices align with applicable labor rules and compliance requirements.
- Offer guidance to staff on HR-related concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
- Contribute to a healthy workplace culture and work with leadership to align HR work with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Solid grounding in human resources and HR operations.
- Understanding of HR policies and personnel administration for consistent, compliant handling of employee matters.
- Experience managing employee benefits processes and addressing employee queries.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills for collaboration and relationship-building.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup while balancing multiple priorities and maintaining confidentiality.
- Knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations is an added advantage.
- An academic background in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline, or comparable professional experience.
- Prior exposure to networking, professional associations, or membership-based organizations is beneficial.
