What You’ll Do
- Serve as a dependable HR partner for managers and employees, while developing strong working relationships with internal teams so HR actions align with business needs and policies are communicated and applied consistently.
- Coach employees and guide them on HR tools and concepts, deliver training sessions, and help foster a high-performance workplace that puts people first.
- Oversee HR operations from start to finish, including the full employee lifecycle, while ensuring adherence to company rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with recruitment activities by aligning hiring support with workforce planning and helping ensure timely placement of suitable candidates.
- Run onboarding and exit processes that support smooth transitions, fast integration, engaged employees, structured handovers, and compliance with internal requirements.
- Contribute to performance review activities, including calibration and development planning, and support talent growth and succession efforts.
- Coordinate learning initiatives by working with business teams to identify development needs, analyze training requirements, and arrange effective learning delivery, including trainer sourcing and facilitation.
- Support budgeting and monthly forecast activities by preparing accurate information, insights, and coordination support.
- Keep HR data, systems, and organizational structures accurate and up to date, helping improve efficiency, reporting quality, and decision-making.
- Follow BRF Sustainability Policy and support the Sustainability Plan by carrying out routine activities that reinforce compliance with indicators and ESG commitments, linking daily work to sustainable development across the BRF chain.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools and HR data reporting; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is an advantage.
- Exposure to performance management cycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Understanding of policy rollout and compliance practices.
- Ability to support change initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Experience handling employee relations matters.
- Familiarity with hiring and onboarding processes.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience in a regional office setting.
