Job description
Overview
Manpower Group Ireland seeks an experienced HR & Recruitment Coordinator to manage HR delivery and recruitment activities for a reputable global client. This hybrid position is based in Waterford, requiring the candidate to be located in the Republic of Ireland and occasionally attend company events at the Dublin head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply HR expertise to handle probation, performance, absenteeism, disciplinary, and grievance procedures as needed.
- Manage payroll processing and respond to employee payroll queries.
- Support recruitment processes, including liaising with hiring managers, job advertising, candidate prescreening, sourcing, interview scheduling, and managing offer stages.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding tasks such as document verification, reference checks, conducting induction sessions, and exit interviews.
- Ensure positive candidate experience with clear communication throughout recruitment and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering professional services daily.
- Manage employee relations to foster engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and HR standards.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all staff assigned to the account.
- Perform all administrative duties with structure, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Take ownership of tasks demonstrating capability, passion, and commitment to quality and client needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of one year of proven HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated competence in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving role responsibilities.
- Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about HR.
