About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter focused on mass recruitment of Delivery Boys/Delivery Executives to support daily operations. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting calls to explain the job and incentives, and onboarding successful hires efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates for Delivery Boy roles using local connections, social media platforms, and employment websites.
- Engage candidates through phone calls to clarify job details such as earnings and incentive structures, addressing any questions they have.
- Collect and verify necessary documents and assets from candidates, including bike ownership, driving license, and smartphone access.
- Guide candidates to download the delivery application and ensure they complete their initial login and onboarding process.
Qualification & Skills
- Age requirement: Between 18 and 24 years old.
- Educational background: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; basic English comprehension is advantageous.
- Excellent telephone communication skills coupled with a goal-oriented attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹8,000.
