Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to oversee the full recruitment life cycle within our company. The role demands end-to-end management of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring high-quality hires in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding.
• Advertise job openings on various job portals, social media channels, and recruitment platforms.
• Source potential candidates via LinkedIn, WorkIndia, Foundit, Naukri, referrals, placement agencies, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes efficiently to shortlist appropriate candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews.
• Arrange interviews with department heads and management teams.
• Collect interview feedback and maintain detailed records.
• Prepare and issue offer letters following management approval.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth joining.
• Oversee completion of joining formalities and employee onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS reports and daily hiring metrics.
• Build and manage a comprehensive candidate database.
• Liaise with ITIs, colleges, and placement consultants for mass hiring efforts.
• Participate actively in job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
• Ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled within stipulated timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality concerning all recruitment activities.
• Provide support to HR operations when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills.
• Competence in interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with multiple recruitment portals and candidate sourcing methods.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR operational practices.
• Good negotiation abilities and diligent follow-up skills.
• Organized with effective time management capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to meet hiring deadlines under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related disciplines; MBA (HR) preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing sector or related industries such as rubber, plastic, engineering, automobile, or industrial products is advantageous.

Compensation

The salary offered ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills.
