Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to support a contract hiring need in Seattle, Washington. This role calls for someone who can operate with sound judgment, professionalism, and a strong degree of independence in a corporate environment. The main focus will be recruiting for sales-oriented positions, while also contributing to broader business hiring requirements. Candidates with a background in B2B SaaS, particularly those who have worked in startup settings or the renewable energy space, will be especially well matched.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for multiple openings, with the strongest emphasis on sales and other business-facing roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to clarify job needs, shape candidate profiles, and keep searches moving efficiently.
  • Identify, attract, and engage talent through varied sourcing channels to build pipelines for immediate and future hiring.
  • Interview and assess candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit with the team and company.
  • Maintain recruiting records, workflows, and candidate status updates in an applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure candidates and internal partners have a smooth, consistent, and positive hiring experience.
  • Assist with a smaller number of technical searches when required, including occasional engineering-related hiring.
  • Collaborate across functions while working independently and applying strong judgment in a fast-paced setting.

Experience and Fit

This opportunity is best suited to professionals with at least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting. Hands-on recruiting experience within B2B SaaS organizations is important, especially for business-side hiring. A strong track record in sourcing, screening, and interviewing across different functions, particularly sales, is expected. The ideal candidate should be able to work autonomously, communicate with discretion, and demonstrate emotional maturity. Startup experience is strongly preferred, and exposure to the renewable energy sector is also highly preferred. Experience with Greenhouse is considered an advantage.
