Job Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet the organization’s hiring demands.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and manage candidate selection procedures.
