Key Duties

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple job roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand required skills and staffing demands
• Identify, assess, and conduct interviews with prospective employees
• Schedule interviews and manage ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring stages
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system records accurately
• Create and publish job postings on relevant platforms
• Assist with offer processing, onboarding procedures, and other recruitment tasks
• Contribute to enhancing recruitment workflows and candidate satisfaction

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar discipline preferred
• Minimum of two years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and handle high-volume hiring projects
• Competence with applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize various tasks and consistently meet deadlines
