Springfield Properties is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing prospective candidates to conducting interviews and assessing their suitability. This role involves managing job postings, sourcing potential employees online, and conducting thorough background checks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates through diverse sourcing channels
• Manage and update job advertisements to maximize visibility
• Conduct candidate interviews in various formats, including phone and group sessions
• Perform background verifications to ensure candidate credentials
• Support the recruitment process to accelerate hiring timelines
• Contribute to the development of a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent

Requirements

• Experience in handling multiple interview formats such as phone screening and group interviews
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through online platforms
• Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is between 25,000 and 35,000 INR.
