Overview
Upalaksh Venture is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to oversee the entire recruitment cycle. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure prompt fulfillment of recruitment goals.
Key Duties
- Identify potential candidates using job boards, social networks, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Organize interviews and liaise between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
- Track progress involving interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
- Meet recruitment targets while fostering a positive experience for applicants.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduation in any field.
- Experience up to 2 years in recruitment; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and recruitment platforms.
