Overview
We are seeking a proactive and efficient HR Recruiter to manage the mass recruitment of Delivery Boys/Delivery Executives, playing a key role in supporting our daily operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates for Delivery Boy roles via local networking, social platforms, and job searching sites.
- Engage candidates through phone calls to describe job details, including compensation and incentives, and address queries.
- Collect and verify critical documentation for riders such as bike registration, driving license, and smartphone ownership.
- Assist candidates in downloading the delivery application and guide them through the onboarding and first login process.
Requirements and Skills
- Applicants must be aged between 18 and 24 years.
- Educational qualification should be 12th standard pass or graduate; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Must have fluency in Hindi; basic proficiency in English is preferred.
- Strong telephone communication skills combined with a focused and goal-oriented attitude.
Salary and Incentives
- Fixed monthly salary range of ₹7000 to ₹8000.
- Additional high-performance bonuses for each successfully onboarded delivery personnel.
