About the Role
We seek a motivated and dynamic Recruiter experienced in sourcing and hiring candidates within Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing sectors. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in recruiting professionals skilled in CAD, CAE, CAM, Automotive, Industrial Machinery, Heavy Engineering, Aerospace, and Manufacturing fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates via various channels including job portals, professional networking sites, and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial resume screening and preliminary HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and match them with appropriate candidates.
- Organize and schedule interviews and ensure consistent communication and follow-up with both candidates and clients.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive talent pool for engineering roles to facilitate future hiring requirements.
- Meet recruitment goals while upholding standards for candidate quality.
- Manage candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports regularly.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Between 1 to 5 years of recruiting experience within Design and Manufacturing industries.
- Expertise in hiring for roles related to CAD, CAE, CAM, Mechanical Design, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, or similar engineering disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques across multiple job portals and networks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-driven with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in engineering recruitment or technical staffing is highly valued.
- Familiarity with engineering software such as CATIA, Creo, NX, SolidWorks, Teamcenter, ANSYS, HyperMesh is advantageous.
