HR Recruiter

About the Role

Fast And Direct Services is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join their team in Vashi, Mumbai, with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM and Sundays off as a fixed weekly holiday. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary based on the interview outcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings efficiently.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Design and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment.
• Adhere to the established recruitment policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics for reporting purposes.
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate suitability.
• Discuss salary packages and benefits with chosen candidates to finalize employment terms.
• Ensure a smooth and organized onboarding experience for new hires.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants can be freshers or possess between six months to one year of recruitment experience, preferably within the BPO sector.
• Good grasp of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
