Role Summary
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for comprehending hiring needs and collaborating closely with department managers to identify and attract suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify hiring requirements and partner effectively with managers to find the appropriate talent.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including career portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and industry networks to procure candidates.
- Screen applicants thoroughly, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ascertain best fit for open roles.
- Organize and schedule interviews, fostering clear communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and recruitment records to ensure timely position fulfillment.
- Promote a positive hiring experience for all candidates involved in the process.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proven background in HR recruitment is essential.
- Preference will be given to candidates experienced in recruiting within the Food & Beverage sector; however, professionals with broad HR recruitment experience are also welcome.
- Proficiency in Tamil language is compulsory.
- Excellent communication skills, sourcing abilities, and proficiency in coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Compensation and Location
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 35,000 to INR 50,000 and is based in Chennai.
