Role Overview
Join Digistore24's People Experience Team where you will independently manage key people operations topics focused on boosting efficiency, automation, and scalability. Analyze existing employee data workflows, internal processes, and HR controlling to remove manual tasks and create sustainable, scalable solutions. Operating fully remotely, you will work autonomously, own processes, and lead their continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of core People Operations initiatives by optimizing processes and driving automation with a focus on scalability.
- Enhance HR data structuring, reporting, and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
- Manage projects end-to-end—from analysis and conception to implementation—without micromanagement.
- Develop and refine core HR processes to operate efficiently, standardized, and with maximum automation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in HR or People Operations with a track record of independently improving processes; recruitment is not the focus.
- Strong affinity for HR technology tools such as Personio, Leapsome, SAP, or rexx, proactively challenging and optimizing their use.
- Excellent organizational skills to create clear, scalable structures and reliable workflows.
- Self-driven mindset with ownership to identify, prioritize, and complete projects responsibly.
- Practical, hands-on approach with proactive problem-solving.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is essential for all communications.
- Effective communication skills with empathy, approachable and professional in interactions.
- Strong alignment with company values and mission.
- Analytical and numerically inclined, keen on HR controlling and utilizing data to improve processes.
- Solid understanding of labor law and regulatory considerations in process design.

A Typical Day
- Start day by assessing projects and prioritizing tasks based on impact to streamline processes or address bottlenecks.
- Handle employee inquiries independently, covering vacation, contracts, and benefits, plus administrative tasks like certificates and staff onboarding/offboarding.
- Ensure accuracy of HR data in systems and smooth execution of related processes.
- Analyze and improve existing people processes to reduce manual tasks and enhance scalability.
- Engage collaboratively with colleagues in meetings, suggesting improvements and discussing systems like compensation or reporting workflows.
- Design and implement automation and scalable solutions leveraging data and possibly AI tools.
- Pause for flexible breaks such as lunch or walk, utilizing the benefits of remote work.
