Job description
Role Overview
Royal Health Group AE is looking for an HR Officer in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The position focuses on payroll accuracy, employee records, HR systems administration, attendance and leave tracking, and day-to-day HR support. The role also requires strong adherence to company policies and UAE Labour Law, along with strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
Payroll and Employee Administration
You will oversee monthly payroll coordination and support the HR Manager in ensuring salary processing is completed accurately and on time. This includes handling attendance inputs, calculating salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and end-of-service benefits. You will also keep employee data current, including employee IDs and email accounts, generate payslips, and respond quickly to payroll queries.
HRMS / ERP Management
The role includes acting as the administrator for payroll and employee data within the ERP environment. You will update HRMS/ERP records for new hires, resignations, salary changes, and other employee updates. Where needed, you will also prepare manual timesheets for active employees.
Leave, Attendance, and Biometric Tracking
You will maintain leave records, process approvals, and monitor attendance through biometric systems. This also includes registering new joiners on the system and troubleshooting machine-related issues when they arise.
Administrative and Compliance Support
In addition to payroll and HR operations, you will issue ID cards, manage email signatures, and complete other onboarding-related tasks. You will prepare reports and maintain payroll documentation in line with internal policies and UAE Labour Law. Any additional duties assigned by the Line Manager will also form part of the role.

Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related discipline is required. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in payroll or HR, with UAE experience preferred. Strong familiarity with UAE Labour Law, WPS, and payroll processes is essential. Experience with HRMS/ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally, along with solid MS Excel skills, will be important for success in this role.
