Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, responding to HR-related questions professionally and with discretion.
- Help maintain HR records, intranet updates, organization charts, and team calendars.
- Coordinate background screening, onboarding documentation, new hire setup, and offboarding activities using HR systems.
- Oversee office supply needs, arrange desk and meeting room setups, and monitor office spending against budget.
- Support employees with benefits-related queries and assist with HR audits and required compliance filings.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR assistant is required; prior office administration experience is an added advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong planning, organization, and multitasking ability with close attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented, employee-first approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using HRIS tools such as ADP Workforce Now.
- Exposure to ticketing platforms and Microsoft Copilot.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and solution-driven thinking.
