What you will do

  • Work closely with the Managing Shareholder to monitor progress on strategic priorities and help move important initiatives forward.
  • Own special projects from start to finish and coordinate execution across multiple teams and departments.
  • Build concise briefing packs, background notes, and summaries for internal meetings and outside-facing engagements.
  • Stay ahead of upcoming needs so the Managing Shareholder is fully prepared for conversations and decision-making.
  • Handle a complex executive calendar and arrange travel logistics with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • You should bring at least 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative position.
  • Comfort and proven judgment in managing sensitive and confidential information are essential.
  • You need strong organizational ability and a very sharp eye for detail.
  • Clear written communication and confident verbal communication are both necessary.

Preferred background

  • Experience in a Mac-based work environment is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to a Chief of Staff-type role, especially within professional services, is an advantage.

Compensation and benefits

The salary range is up to $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
