Job Overview
Mayflower Hospitals Private Limited is seeking a skilled HR Manager located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This role involves comprehensive management of HR functions across multiple hospital departments including doctors, consultants, nursing staff, paramedical staff, administrative, and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full recruitment cycles for various hospital personnel: doctors, consultants, nurses, paramedical, administrative, and support staff.
- Manage employee onboarding, lifecycle activities, HR documentation, and maintain personnel records accurately.
- Ensure organizational adherence to labor laws and statutory obligations such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Gratuity, and Bonus compliance.
- Coordinate payroll processing inputs, monitor attendance and leave records, and assist in shift scheduling.
- Maintain HR compliance documentation including policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training records.
- Promote positive workplace relations by resolving employee grievances and driving engagement initiatives.
- Organize employee training sessions, induction programs, and mandatory compliance training activities.
- Lead performance management efforts including probation evaluations and employee growth plans.
- Compile Human Resources Management Information System (HR MIS) reports to assist management with workforce planning and HR analytics.
Compensation and Other Details
The remuneration offered ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month. The job is based on a full-time, onsite arrangement in Ahmedabad.
