About the Role

Join ActiveEon as an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resource operations and shape the people strategy throughout our organization. This pivotal role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance assessments, compliance adherence, and fostering organizational development aimed at supporting company growth and promoting a healthy workplace environment.

Primary Duties

  • Formulate and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with organizational goals.
  • Supervise the entire recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition efforts.
  • Handle employee relations including mediating conflicts, addressing disciplinary matters, and resolving workplace issues.
  • Lead performance management activities including appraisals, KPI monitoring, and creating employee development plans.
  • Manage compensation, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and reward programs.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and internal HR policies.
  • Drive initiatives to increase employee engagement, retention, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist with workforce and succession planning alongside organizational development projects.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to generate actionable insights to support leadership decisions.
  • Oversee training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and competencies.
  • Manage human resource information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and related digital tools.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategy with overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in HR management, generalist roles, or as an HR business partner.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and industry best practices.
  • Background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation strategy.
  • Strong leadership qualities coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal proficiency.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and capability in conflict resolution.
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and payroll software is beneficial.
  • Ability to multitask and organize work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related areas; professional HR certifications like SHRM or CIPD are an advantage.
