Role Overview
The HR Manager position, offered as a full-time remote opportunity, is tasked with managing essential human resources functions and cultivating a positive, compliant work environment. Daily responsibilities encompass overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, updating and enforcing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate standards. The manager will manage employee relations, implement performance management systems, and collaborate with relevant teams on payroll and benefits administration.
Additional duties include creating training programs, assisting leadership with workforce planning, and leveraging HR data to guide strategic decisions. Close collaboration with managers and employees at all levels aims to enhance engagement, uphold fairness, and maintain consistent HR practices throughout the company.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy management.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices applicable in remote work contexts.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), payroll and benefits platforms, including fundamental data reporting and analysis skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, capable of clearly conveying HR information to various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity to build trust, handle confidential information responsibly, and resolve conflicts fairly and efficiently.
- Experience in designing or supporting initiatives focused on training, development, and organizational change.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a remote setting.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; possession of professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR is advantageous.
- Previous roles as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist, preferably within industrial, energy, or heavily regulated sectors.
