About the Role

Mecánica Esmiper is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources functions and drive people strategy organization-wide. This full-time, onsite position is suitable for mid-level to senior managers who are passionate about shaping workplace culture and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and enforce HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company objectives.
  • Manage all recruitment and talent acquisition activities from start to finish.
  • Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, disciplinary matters, and other workplace challenges.
  • Administer performance management processes such as appraisals, setting KPIs, and employee development planning.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and reward programs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, relevant employment regulations, and internal policies.
  • Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive organizational culture.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development efforts.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior managers to aid decision-making.
  • Manage training and development programs focused on upskilling employees.
  • Administer HR information systems including HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and related digital tools.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate people strategies with overall business goals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven background in HR management, generalist roles, or as an HR business partner.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience working with HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll tools) is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar fields preferred. Professional certifications like SHRM or CIPD are advantageous.
