About the Role
CHKOKKO is seeking a seasoned HR Manager based in Ludhiana who can function as a strategic decision-maker and not solely as an executor. This role requires an individual to establish robust HR systems, drive organizational HR strategies, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to foster business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for the entire HR operations as an individual contributor.
- Develop and enhance HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and scalable HR workflows.
- Lead and influence HR decisions rather than just implementing existing procedures.
- Work in partnership with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure precise payroll management and maintain statutory compliance.
- Manage both blue-collar and white-collar employee groups confidently.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for critical business roles.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to inform business strategies.
- Excel in a dynamic, fast-moving, and growth-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources.
- Ability and readiness to take full ownership of the HR function.
- Strong decision-making skills focused on strategic HR management.
- Experience dealing with diverse workforce types, including blue and white-collar employees.
- Proficiency in payroll and statutory compliance.
