Role Overview
The company invites applications for an HR Manager responsible for aligning human resources strategies with the company’s business and production objectives. This role involves crafting and enforcing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and training, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute HR strategies that support business goals and manufacturing operations.
- Formulate and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Lead performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, and workforce optimization.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and professional development for plant and office employees.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and industrial regulations.
- Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary measures.
- Champion health, safety, and a positive workplace culture within the production environment.
- Assist leadership in fostering a performance-driven and accountable workforce.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline; advanced degrees or professional HR certifications are advantageous.
- At least 10 years’ experience in HR, preferably within manufacturing or heavy industry sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, employee engagement practices, and HR management standards.
- Demonstrated capability to manage employee dynamics in fast-paced and demanding operational contexts.
