Role overview

For the Berlin location, this position in HR IT Governance is available immediately and is limited to two years. The role can be performed in part-time or full-time format. What you will do

  • Design, introduce, and monitor the governing processes and general work instructions for all HR IT applications, especially in access management, release management, testing, and deletion management.
  • Coordinate closely with key interfaces and stakeholders, including business and technical application owners, the IT department, C+S, and the HR digital operations teams of DKB AG and DKB Service GmbH.
  • Define and ensure proper documentation of the processes listed above.
  • Take responsibility for the relevant sub-process areas.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external audits and reviews within the managed subject areas.
  • Support, accompany, and ensure enablement for business key users.
  • Maintain the SuccessFactors support hub for all SuccessFactors modules and functions.

What you bring

  • Completed vocational training or a completed degree in business administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in process and quality management within an HR environment.
  • Several years of knowledge in HR IT, along with a strong interest in governance topics in an IT setting.
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to think holistically.
  • High commitment, independent working style, strong results orientation, and a clear focus on quality.
  • Enjoyment in shaping and driving change.
  • German language skills at C1 level.
