About the Role
Sahana Information, a globally recognized Japanese auto ancillary manufacturer with over a century of history, is seeking an experienced HR Industrial Relations and Administration Manager for its facility in Hoskote, Bangalore. This role is crucial for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth operations within the manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all industrial relations activities, ensuring a harmonious relationship between management and unionized workers.
- Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a positive and productive work culture within the organization.
- Handle all aspects of HR administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage disciplinary proceedings and actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Oversee contract labor management and ensure adherence to all relevant statutory laws.
- Represent the company in legal matters related to industrial disputes and court cases.
- Lead negotiations with trade unions on wage settlements and other collective bargaining matters.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and labor laws applicable to the manufacturing industry.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR, Industrial Relations, and Administration, with a proven track record in the manufacturing industry. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. A high degree of customer and business orientation, commitment, and personal integrity is expected.
