Overview

This role entails leading various human resource functions including recruitment, performance management, employee learning and growth, succession preparation, and management of HR information systems with a focus on data analytics to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews to screen and shortlist candidates appropriate for open positions.
• Assess existing recruiting processes and implement improvements to heighten efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR consultants by providing clear guidelines and setting closure targets to ensure recruitment goals are met.
• Develop or revise hiring procedures to adapt to organizational needs.
• Track recruitment metrics to pinpoint and address challenges in the recruitment lifecycle.
• Oversee recruitment teams and provide strategic direction for talent acquisition.
• Assess recruitment outcomes and performance continuously.
• Coordinate with department leaders to forecast and plan future staffing requirements.
• Evaluate and decide on effective job advertising channels for maximum reach.
• Administer timely and constructive performance appraisals.
• Manage disciplinary processes and employee terminations per company policies.
