Role Summary
The HR Generalist Executive is responsible for managing everyday human resources operations. Duties include maintaining comprehensive employee records, facilitating onboarding and exit procedures, and aiding payroll and benefits handling while adhering to organizational policies. The role involves coordinating recruitment efforts, assisting in job posting and candidate screening, and managing interview schedules alongside hiring managers. Additionally, the executive supports employee relations by addressing inquiries, helping with performance management processes, and contributing to initiatives aimed at improving engagement and retention. They are also involved in designing, revising, and enforcing HR policies to align with applicable laws and internal standards. This position is fully remote and requires active collaboration with various departments and ongoing communication with staff and leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficient knowledge of HR Management and core HR functions aligned with industry best practices.
- Experience in HR Operations, including handling HRIS systems, documentation, onboarding processes, and payroll and benefits coordination.
- Strong employee relations abilities, capable of resolving queries, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Competence in drafting, updating, and interpreting HR policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently within a remote, fast-paced setting.
- Experience in the education, training, or technology industries advantageous.
- Knowledge of global HR practices and possession of professional HR certifications such as SHRM or HRCI is a plus.
