Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including finding candidates, reviewing profiles, arranging interviews, and supporting onboarding across different teams.
• Prepare and maintain HR records such as offer letters, employee files, and compliance-related documents with a high level of accuracy.
• Work with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and help keep the talent pipeline moving on time.
• Support employee engagement activities, onboarding sessions, and internal communication efforts.
• Update HR metrics and keep records organized in HRIS and Excel for reporting and audit purposes.
• Respond to basic employee HR questions and serve as an initial contact for HR support.
