Role Overview

Omkar Print Lab Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a well-organized and proactive HR Executive to handle the full spectrum of human resource operations. This position covers hiring, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave tracking, payroll inputs, sales target coordination, statutory compliance, and end-to-end employee lifecycle support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess staffing needs and run the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to shortlisting, interviews, and coordination with department leaders.
  • Draft and release offer letters and appointment letters, and manage the formalities for new employee joining.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction activities while keeping employee files and HR records accurate and up to date.
  • Track attendance, leave, and holidays, and maintain all related logs and documentation.
  • Respond to employee concerns, handle everyday grievances, and contribute to engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor sales team performance, targets, incentives, and achievement reports.
  • Work with the sales function to review target progress, compute incentives, and prepare performance documents.
  • Provide payroll inputs such as attendance data, incentives, and deductions.
  • Help ensure adherence to labour legislation, company rules, and statutory obligations.
  • Keep HR compliance records current and assist with both internal and external audits.
  • Roll out and explain HR policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
  • Support performance reviews, appraisal activities, and HR reporting requirements.
  • Prepare HR MIS, employee data reports, and other management summaries.
  • Assist management with workforce planning, HR projects, and administrative coordination.
  • Carry out other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations; experience in printing or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment procedures and labour laws.
  • Basic familiarity with payroll processing, PF, ESIC, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Comfort with MS Excel, MS Word, and HR software tools.
  • Well-structured, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Good problem-solving ability, people handling skills, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly stipend/salary of INR 25,000 to INR 30,000.
