HR Executive (US Trucking Operations)

About the Company

This role is with a rapidly expanding trucking and logistics organization based in the United States, with a growing operations presence in India. The company is hiring an HR Executive to take care of recruitment for the India office and to assist with hiring activities connected to its US operations.

Recruitment Responsibilities

• Lead the complete hiring cycle for the India office, from sourcing to joining.
• Find suitable candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, and referral channels.
• Review applications, carry out first-round interviews, and arrange the final interview process.
• Prepare offer letters, support compensation discussions, and manage the onboarding process.

US Hiring Support

• Support the US leadership team with recruitment-related work.
• Organize interviews for applicants based in the US.
• Help coordinate background checks and collect required documents.
• Update and maintain candidate records and hiring pipelines.

HR Operations

• Handle new employee onboarding and induction activities.
• Keep employee files and HR records accurate and up to date.
• Support attendance tracking, leave management, and HR policy implementation.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with HR compliance tasks and day-to-day administrative support for management.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• At least 3 years of overall HR experience, including 2 years or more focused on recruitment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good interviewing ability and confidence in salary discussions.

Preferred Background

• Previous exposure to logistics, transportation, BPO, or staffing environments is preferred.
• Experience hiring for US-based organizations will be considered an advantage.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is INR 3,50,000 to INR 4,50,000 per year.
