Bizlo is a rapidly expanding B2B multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace connecting wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and retailers nationwide. The platform simplifies wholesale purchases, initially focusing on mobile accessories, with plans to extend into additional product categories.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven HR Executive to spearhead talent acquisition, lead HR operations, and contribute to building high-performance teams essential for our fast-paced growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit diverse roles including Field Sales, Telesales, Operations, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Customer Support, Accounts & Finance, Product & Technology, and Internship positions.
- Collaborate with department heads to comprehend hiring needs, craft job postings, source candidates via various channels, shortlist applicants, conduct screening interviews, coordinate subsequent interviews, verify candidate backgrounds, negotiate salaries within limits, issue offer letters, and manage smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets such as hiring 10-20 Sales Executives, 2-5 Operations Staff, 1-3 Marketing Professionals, 1-2 Designers, and other roles as needed, without compromising quality.
- Oversee comprehensive onboarding processes including document collection, employee file setup, induction coordination, policy briefing, and checklist management.
- Administer HR operations encompassing employee records upkeep, attendance and leave management, probation tracking, confirmation procedures, exit formalities, and final settlements.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, facilitate monthly feedback forums, address employee issues, assist management in maintaining healthy employee relations, and promote retention.
- Manage performance by maintaining records, facilitating monthly reviews with managers, generating necessary HR reports, and tracking key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance by managing essential employee documents such as offer and appointment letters, NDAs, agreements, policy documentation, warning and termination letters, as well as experience and relieving certificates.
- Compile and present HR Management Information System (MIS) reports weekly and monthly covering metrics like open and closed positions, interview progress, candidate funnels, offer acceptance rates, joining ratios, attrition, recruitment costs, hiring timelines, and sourcing effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
- Proficient recruitment and interviewing capabilities ensuring quality hires.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making competencies.
- Efficient time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective problem-solving and people management skills.
- Competence in documentation and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) is advantageous.
Preferred Experience and Education
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting sales teams and working in startup environments favored.
- Background in e-commerce, retail, B2B, or technology sectors is beneficial.
- Education qualifications include MBA in HR, BBA, B.Com, or any graduate with relevant HR experience.
