About the Role

STANCO Solutions Pvt Ltd invites experienced HR professionals to join as HR Executive focusing on Talent Acquisition for its operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role demands managing comprehensive recruitment functions across multiple branches, emphasizing global sourcing and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end hiring processes including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and closing for all positions within Orange Wheels and Orange HUB branches.
  • Develop and maintain a global candidate pipeline by collaborating with international recruitment/manpower agencies; handle visa and mobilization arrangements with internal teams.
  • Forge and sustain partnership agreements with hospitality training institutes, airline customer service academies, cruise line training programs, and similar vocational institutions to ensure a reliable supply of pre-trained talent.
  • Design and implement structured onboarding and induction programs educating new hires on brand protocols, guest engagement standards, and operational procedures.
  • Serve as the primary liaison among operations managers, branch managers, and HR departments to translate staffing needs and skill gaps into effective hiring strategies.
  • Enhance employer branding through presence on job boards, professional networks, educational placement cells, and recruitment agencies to attract quality applicants consistently.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, preparing reports for the HR Manager detailing pipeline status, sourcing effectiveness, and early employment retention/attrition patterns.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all hiring and onboarding documentation, including contracts, offer letters, visa documentation, and personnel records in accordance with UAE labor regulations.

Candidate Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in hospitality, F&B, entertainment, retail, or other high-volume customer service sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in global candidate sourcing and experience coordinating with international recruitment agencies.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog is a valuable asset.
